Favorited items not appearing in Favorites tab with more than one Inventory window open

Builds that include Inventory Favorites feature

Description

Open 2 Inventory windows.
Have one showing the Favorites tab.
Add a new item to favorites.
The item does not immediately appear in the opened Favorites tab window.
It will however appear in the Favorites tab on the Inventory window that the item was added to favorites in.
