내용

@sso9594 승용님이 작업하신 파트 부분에 대해서 전체 API 적용 진행

Docker로 실행하기

./recycle-develop-env reset
./run_all
./stop_all

진행 상황(이슈로 만들어서 처리 예정)

query, nonQuery로 api port가 나눠져 있어서 그 부분 프론트에서 axios.ts를 통해서 port 나눠서 요청하는 걸로 임시 해결
