Symmetrical deposits for Base/Rune LP's getting stuck when trying to sign the base tx

Overview

When trying to deposit into base/rune LP , the rune tx will sign fine but the base tx says signed but spins indefinitely without completing the tx and leaving the symmetrical deposit as incomplete.
