I have some ship-related pull requests open since nearly three weeks without any reaction. Can somebody check ? https://github.com/shipwright-io/community/pulls

Minutes:

  • CRD pull request appears ready for LGTM
  • Year End Retrospective discussion
    • Shoubhik - we should aspire to move faster, build more features
    • Sascha - need to be realistic about our ability to commit/volunteer
    • Adam - observed other communities assign rotating roles to speed up review of pull requests ("PR Wrangler") and enhancement proposals. We can move this to a GitHub discussion.
    • Roadmap for 2022 - use hackmd to iterate/discuss.
  • SHIPs update - SHIP-0026: Introduce shipwright-managed push #53 ready for review.
  • Buildah in user namespaces - Chmouel Boudjnah has an example of how to do this on cri-o based clusters that was demoed at Red Hat: https://blog.chmouel.com/2022/01/25/user-namespaces-with-buildah-and-openshift-pipelines/
  • Release blog post - we will announce v0.8.0 once Add v0.8.0 blog entry website#68 is merged.
  • cdCon - @adambkaplan has submitted a CfP titled "DevSecOps with Shipwright and Tekton". Need to check with @imjasonh if we will have a designated "maintainer track" talk.
