Does go-ora use go workspace ?

i cloned the repository via ssh but can't remove the error because of the go module. Here's the go.mod i use

module go-ora

go 1.14

replace (
    "github.com/sijms/go-ora/v2" => "./go-ora/v2"
    "github.com/sijms/go-ora/" => "./go-ora"
    "github.com/sijms/go-ora/advanced_nego" => "./go-ora/advanced_nego"
	"github.com/sijms/go-ora/converters" => "./go-ora/converters"
	"github.com/sijms/go-ora/network" => "./go-ora/network"
)

May i know how the author use this project ? thank you in advance

my confusion is because the package name is go-ora , but the import is from github.com/sijms/go-ora/
