Описание:
Обновить CfgWLRequisitionPresets до уровня Сахрани(даже старая версия миссии сойдёт). ПНВ для всех сторон + освещение на базах.

План:

Взять готовый CfgWLRequisitionPresets с Сахрани и заменить им тот же файл на Заргабаде. Выдать ПНВ во все слоты юнитов через арсенал. Поставить пару столбов с освещением на базах.
