Add App Mining information to app profiles

This entails displaying how much each app has earned to date on its profile as well as the months in which it received rewards.

Even adding a simple field to filter out which apps are in the program would be very beneficial to both end-users and third party app developers (see last paragraph in stacks-archive/app.co-api#4 ) and this forum post.
