Got an error when updating Acer yangbiense's references genome:
Could not save the TripalEntity: SQLSTATE[42703]: Undefined column: 7 ERROR: column "organism_id" of relation "analysis" does not exist LINE 1: ...= NULL, sourceuri = NULL, analysis_id = '365', organism_i... ^

Yes!

For anything already on treegenes, lets start linking and deleting files from our system.

I"m shipping off the rest of the files to them today. as soon as they are ready we can change those links too
