This is not parity, and the data may not be available through web services. To get this information, we'd need to access the oracle database.

Are there policy/privacy concerns about exposing this information to proxy members?

This issue is blocked until Sirsi (1) adds this to webservices API (2) and this isn't in the Oracle DB(?)
