Timestamps are out by up to 5 minutes

Hi team,

Loving GlucoseBar, as it really helps me keep on top of my son's numbers.

I just noticed that the timestamps are out by up to 5 minutes into the future.

I'm in AEDT timezone and using macOS 14.5 (23F79) on a M3 MacBook Pro 14 inch.
It only happens when pulling data from Dexcom Share (Outside USA), not Nightscout.
(I thought it affected NightScout too, but it didn't change where it was pulling from until I quit and restarted the app)

It's correct on all other apps and devices.
