Videos uploaded outside of the Tape are not showing on Tape

Current Behavior

I have uploaded a few videos using different Lens apps, but none of those videos are showing on Tape.

None of those videos are available on Tape, and I've seen a lot of videos from other people not showing on Tape as well. Do you know what could be the reason?

To provide better experience on platform, (title, video thumbnail) is important. Other apps don't collect title and good thumbnails for the video that user is uploading. So for now only videos uploaded via tape is shown.
