Make theme responsive

I looked at http://vm141.documentfoundation.org:9098/liboextensionstemplates/en/extension
and it is not responsive. I recommend building the media queries with a "mobile first" approach.

Thanks for your comment. The site currently has the Plone default template with a few styles from the add-ons. The theming add-on provides only the framework yet. It's planed to add the rules, css, etc. later and build on mobile first or a similar approach.
