I am unable to get this to work in Rails 4? Is it supported?

It's not tested on Rails 4 yet. Pull request is welcomed

Anyway, I saw a similar workaround recently [1], you may be interested to try out.

It works with Rails 4.0.2, 4.1.1 (Ruby 2.0 and 2.1) for me. Thanks.
