As a(n) TFB Lead
I want to enchance the user experience of TFB's Discord
So that users are more likely to stay around.

Detailed description:
We want our Discord to be more simple, streamlined, easier to use etc.
We want to use Discord's native "best practices" for adding roles, introducing/welcoming users,
