导致图片的imageOrientation丢失 #4

视图使用tj_UIImageHEICRepresentation保存为heic格式 ,保存到Document沙盒目录之后, 转换为jpg格式并导出到系统相册结果图片是横向显示的本来imageOrientation 应该是2 但是导出的时候的到的是0
