If we have agent assigned from wordpress heldpesk so here agent name not showing on the ticket view page

How to Reproduce:

Step 1: Agent assigned form worpdress helpdesk app from ticket list and ticket view page

Step 2: After that check on the ticket list page of worpdress here agent assigned and also agent name showing working fine:

Step 3: Now click on this ticket and here agent name not showing in header of ticket:

Possible Solution:

If agent assigned in any ticket so agent name should be shown on the ticket view page like ticket list page
