TreeGrid React+Lit code samples: Include related code files in samples

The TreeGrid samples for React and Lit would benefit from the inclusion of Person and DataService to help readers grasp the full picture of what's going on.

(The same probably goes for many other code samples too, but let's fix this one case at least.)
