Taskbar Accent Color is broken for the Properties Window

For some reason the accent color option of Windows 11 after the update does not want to change the taskbar color to a custom or different color outside of the stock blue. It was fine before the update but it is broken now.

I think your problem is probably that you have Windows 10 selected as your taskbar when it should be Windows 10 (explorer patcher).
