IN PROGRESS:
* `all_outputs_together` doesn't handle dependencies in action. extend it so
it does. can make stored_h/f as large as to accomodate the dependent sets.
will require computation of indices.
* add new experiments (elevator, collaboration, book)
* add reasoning experiment
* add simulation experiment (simulate vending machine)
* door example -- check on A12 (walk by) in the .oni file. why is there such a big connection? maybe always happens
* double check hierarchical action by hand.
* hierarchical door (deps, lock): why action 8 not selected for closes door?
* code has problem... when using deps of size 1 in multpile fluent example, the light does not return the correct 3rd fluent
%accumulate_output = pursuit(dat,true,true,true,(2:12)');
* reannotate multiple fluent example -- frames out of order (rows 155:163):
dat(x,1) sort(dat(x,1))

`Perfect_Exp1_Key.m`
File reads what should have been the perfect output from Experiment 1,
with the key door. Then adds two interactions. The dat variable is so
that each row is an example. From there, we calculate information gain of
adding conditionals, and of adding joint. Adding conditionals starts with
P(F), and extends to P(F,A) by P(F)P(F|A). Maybe that's not right...
Maybe should add P(F)P(A|F). Or start with P(A), and go to P(A)P(F|A)
`Perfect_Exp1_Key_output.txt`
File contains what we would have obtained if experiment 1 had gone perfectly.
NOTE: this did not consider inertial. -- maybe use this experiment to increase the
number of inertial examples.
The rest of the files are (slightly) modified versions of the NIPS files. (check dates
for if i've done anything to it).
There are two main problems with the experiments (started checking Experiment 1, Key):
1) Incorrect detection (there shouldn't have been repeated cases)
2) Where to break examples. Each time is an example of the status. If it stayed, it's
an inertial example. If it changed, it's a causal action example. So... How far back to
consider actions for an "example". Fixed number of frames? Fixed number of action changes
(rows Mingtao gave me)? Go back to the last change? Find "large breaks" by clustering?
Experiments would have been better with clear breaks between what we were considering an
example.
Question: Examples get double counted--some get counted as contributing to an action. But
some are inertial examples also. Is that a bad thing?
