netmgr CLI/API should support --verbose option

Currently netmgr command does not support --verbose option

When a user runs this command , it is very hard to understand what is happening. User has to just see the exit code and verify whether it is successful.
netmgr should support --verbose, so that it will be clear to the end user what is happening and it is good to have confirmation on the verbose.
