running tests when the config file is not in the root dir

Hi, I am generating the boilerplate with a different path to the config file.

sqlboiler  --config .schema/sqlboiler.toml

I noticed that this makes the tests fail since they are always looking in the root directory for the config file. Is there a way to handle this?
