It would be great if pages like this: https://bugsigdb.org/Parkinson%27s_disease

could display a list of studies containing an experiment that contains that condition. Ideally, also whose experiments also contain children of that condition in the Experimental Factor Ontology.

Studying the Google search performance report, I saw that most of the searches leading to bugsigdb.org are for conditions - here are the top-10. They are all relatively obscure conditions, presumably because these have less competition for search ranking.

I repeated the most common search, "Violet gland" and it leads here: https://bugsigdb.org/Violet_gland. This page provides a concise summary of Violet gland from the EFO, but isn't likely to produce additional engagement with bugsigdb because it lacks additional information or links. Two things might be useful here:

  1. A direct embedding of all the signatures from Experiments with this outcome (ie displaying the actual taxa here), and/or
  2. Titles and links to the relevant studies
