As a developer I want to automate Testing, and deployment via GitHub Action workflow.
When there is a new PR, the workflow automatically will be triggered and start to testing all scenario that we have to make sure the new PR will not break any part of the package.

When this ticket is Done I can start to implement the same workflow here.
