This is a draft to enable multiple captcha mechanisms in addition to the google recaptcha mechanism that is currently being used in the implementation. This takes into consideration a concept called strategy which is a pre-defined logic that determines which Captcha Mechanism to use for a particular Flow based on certain environmental parameters received through servlet request Object & IS configurations.
