van-swipe在PC模式下无法响应滑动手势，切换到手机模式可正常滑动

这个插件无法兼容，是 Vant 组件库的问题，估计库里实现的时候就没有监听点击事件，只监听了触摸事件吧。需要您自己找找其他兼容方案。
