No MKL detected, what versions of numpy, pytorch, etc?

Hi there,

I cannot get around the assertion error of no MKL detected. Could you tell me which versions of Python, numpy, pytorch, and tensorflow you used with this? I'd love to be able to run the code :)

I've tried using intel-numpy with python 3.6. Is there something I have to do to get MKL activated?
