Scope

The yLockers team will oversee...

• yLocker products (yCRV, yPRISMA) including YBS and auto-compounders
• yTreasury veToken positions and veBOOST
• yLocker data tools (crv.lol, prisma.lol, ybs.wavey.info)
• yFactory (V2 Curve, Velodrome, Aerodrome, and Balancer vaults/factories)
• veFarming strategies
• Yearn's veAERO, veVELO and veRAM positions
• Yearn's involvement with Resupply (and Yearn's 10% allocation of perpetually staked RSUP)

Plan

The yLockers team are committed to increasing their overall profitability by: growing their current products, expanding their product range, and adding new revenue streams.

The quarter ahead will require a combination of the following tasks...

• Maintaining existing yLocker products and yFactories
• Growing and maximizing our veFarming strategies
• Launching and scaling up Resupply

Deliverables

The following deliverables will be met as part of this plan. All actions taken will be in yLockers' sole discretion.

• Continue yLocker and yFactory product operations/development
  • Ongoing weekly tasks
  • Optimization of vote incentives
  • Product marketing
  • Secure yCRV as collateral with more partner protocols
• Continue building and improving yLocker data tools
  • Ensuring transparency and accuracy across all of our products
• Evaluate potential new yLockers
  • No protocols are currently being evaluated but this is subject to change
• Increase TVL in yFactory vaults
  • Consider a revamped yFactory in order to infiltrate Aerodrome LP farming
• Continue veFarming
  • Monitor and adjust veFarming strategies each week to ensure profitability
  • Seek out new potential veFarming opportunities
• Successfully launch Resupply
  • Target of 100m reUSD by May 2025
  • Begin earning weekly protocol fees (in reUSD)
