Remove "flux" and align Blueprint namespaces #40

The examples show 3 namespace used:

PREFIX fluxShape: <https://ld.flux.zazuko.com/shapes/metadata/>
PREFIX flux: <https://ld.flux.zazuko.com/>
PREFIX fluxSchema: <https://flux.described.at/>

In a future release we should use blueprint instead of flux and probably move everything to blueprint.described.at?
