# Zephyr™ Project wiki

The Zephyr™ Project is a scalable real-time operating system (RTOS) supporting multiple hardware architectures, optimized for resource constrained devices, and built with security in mind.

The majority of Zephyr project documentation is published at https://zephyrproject.org/doc. This wiki is for less formal contributions and collaboration, typically not tied to a specific Zephyr OS release, and not requiring the writing and review guidelines expected for the official site.

We're currently migrating material from the previous https://wiki.zephyrproject.org to this new GitHub wiki and to the formal project documentation site.
