I am using this fork on a Plone site where I have installed also wildcard.foldercontents.
The css selector ".fc" is used also in wildcard.foldercontents.
To avoid conflicts I decided to serve the resources only in the calendarview.
In addition I am getting rid of a skin layer.
If you want you can merge this, otherwise you are welcome to ignore this!
