analyzer2~ candidate

In an effort to bring analyzer~ back into the CNMAT-Externals package release, I have made a version based on kissfft (https://github.com/mborgerding/kissfft) which has a very permissive license that should be compatible with the UC Regents license and thereby distributable through the Max Package Manager. Compiled here for Mac arm64 and x86_64 architectures.

CNMAT-Externals v1.0.5 Mac (x64, arm64) & Win64

Candidate Release for Package Manager, April 2022.

• Makes objects compatible with Apple Silicon (arm64)
• Largely identical to prior release, with minor changes
• Like prior releases, does not contain GSL-dependent objects (analyzer~, bessel, bdist, firbank~, harmonics~) due to licensing conflicts, but does contain help files for those objects. Objects listed above can be compiled by the end-user following the instructions in README.md.

Win64 v1.0.4e PRERELEASE

This is a prerelease for testing purposes. Includes changes brought forth in the Apple-Silicon release with proper versioning. After testing, we will make a master release before submitting to the package manager. The CNMAT-Externals_Apple_Silicon_Win64_Main.zip contains both Mac (x64) and Windows (x64) versions.
