Ruff Portal

Initial Goals

  1. decide languages -- python, ruby, javascript via nodejs Python
  2. and backend -- python (Django, web2py), ruby (Rails, sinatra), javascript via nodejs (Express, Sails) MVC much? Django
  3. set up a "how to set-up development environment" document
  4. create a gh-pages branch -- pages
  5. write more goals
