This repository contains data, analysis and visualization scripts used for the preparation of the manuscript - Unravelling the shared genetic mechanisms underlying 18 autoimmune diseases using a systems approach. This study identified the shared genetic components between 18 AiDs using chromatin contact (Hi-C), eQTL associations (from GTEx), protein-protein interaction (PPI; from STRING) data.
