Assorted Additions is a content mod for Terraria which adds all sorts of things like the name implies. Currently the mod adds around 200 new items, 15 NPCs, 2 bosses, a new category of accessory called "Runes" and a bunch of other tweaks such as improved loot for underground biome chests (mushroon, granite etc.), alternative ways of obtaining some accessories and Cultist boss loot.
The mod does not have a proper wiki, however, an overview of the progression / class setups can be found in ClassSetups.md. This GitHub page also contains information on the different items/things added (see section below).
Currently I am using the issues as a sort of wiki. Each new "thing" added to the mod has its own issue which contains information about the "thing" added.
Note that only closed issues are things that have been added so when looking up items you should filter issues by is:closed
(or select closed) before searching for an item. Open issues are things that are being worked on or could be added in the future.
Labels can be used to filter issues. The labels Melee
, Magic
, Ranged
or Summon
refer to class specific items. The bug
label is for found bugs / bug reports and idea
is for new additions that could be added.
If you encounter any bugs you can report them here or on the Discord server. Please try to see if the bug has already been reported and if so comment on the existing report with any relevant information. If the bug has not been reported, you can either create a new issue or a post on the "bug-reports" forum over in the discord.
What to include in the report:
- Description of the bug
- Steps to reproduce (if possible)
- Were you in Singleplayer or Multiplayer?
- Were you using other mods? If so which ones?
- Any other relevant information (screenshots, clips, etc) (optional)
Contributions are welcome! Before doing anything you should check a few things depending on how you are planning to contribute. Joining the discord and discussing potential contributions is highly recommended. If you have any questions, please send me a message over on discord.

Adding new content: Either make a post in the discord server's "suggestions" forum following its guidelines or create a new issue that describes the new content and add information that could be relevant to the player (crafting recipe, obtaining, etc). I will then check the issue and add appropriate labels to it. After this you can start working on the issue.

Contributing to open issues/suggestions:
- GitHub: Check if the issue has an
OPEN ISSUE
label. If it does, you can leave a comment stating that you wish to work on it. I will then assign you to the issue (you can message me on discord if it takes too long). - Discord: Check the suggestions forum and see if any posts have a tag "help wanted". You should reply that you want to help with the suggestion (either check with the original poster or with me). After you've been given the OK you can start working on it.
- GitHub: Check if the issue has an

Modifying existing content: If you want to modify something that has already been added (issue is closed) you can simply add a comment explaining what you want to do and why (and maybe message me). These are less likely to be accepted, but if your proposal makes sense and improves whatever it is associated with it can be accepted.
Creating a pull request / Adding your contributions: After whatever you are contributing is done (and approved), you can simply create a pull request to the development branch. Please reference your issue or discord post in the pull request (you can just copy the contents in to the description). I will then review the changes and if they are good, add them.
