Bopymo 0.1 for Bopimo 1.0.11-1.0.13

This is the initial release for Bopymo, the python wrapper for the bopjson format. I've been waiting a little bit on this as I heard that the bopjson format was being rewritten and I didn't want to release what I had at the moment. Plus, I needed to do some tidying up on the code to ensure that it is easier to use.

If you wanna write for old Bopimo versions (1.0.8 or older), you can use the legacy modules. Keep in mind that there's no type enforcement and it's missing some quality of life features. In addition, that code will not be updated any further and will be removed in the near future, as it is deprecated code.
