This PR adds newly required fields to the
.readthedocs.ymlfile.The addition of the sphinx_rtd_theme to the list of extensions in conf.py and the addition of a requirements file were also necessary. Docs successfully build on my fork: https://gsp-upp.readthedocs.io/en/text-rtd-update/
This will resolve Issue #803 .
