#4485 created some opportunities for both omission and duplication of user-supplied suffixes in both the OpenBLASConfig.cmake and openblas.pc created by gmake builds, only partly addressed by #4982. My #5035 yesterday inadvertently dropped the VERSION information from the cmake file.
