You want to set the inbound and outbound rules for it to run over LAN, there's no way to change the port yet, but will be implemented in the future. I added edited the JSON file to two major languages, en-US and zh-CN just incase you don't know how to change the config.json.

On start, it tells you your IP address, if there are no error messages that say things like: "failed to start the server", enter the IP address (such as 114.514.19.19:8080) will be fine for all LAN devices (You need to right-click and click "Run as admin" for this). Else, use localhost:8080, but is only available on your current device.

Unless I made some changes, I will not stress this again.
