More Lights 2.0 Pre-release

Oof, how long has it been since a more lights update dropped? 27 days?! Wow.

This is just a pre-release that shows some new ideas and features:

Zandroum's dynamic lighting for Doom, Heretic, Hexen, and Strife
Chex Quest dynamic lighting (More iwads will be supported in the future!)
ACTUAL Harmony support
