3. else say NO, go to the hearing flow:
   1. ASL(https://images.app.goo.gl/u4evZehzgo8vh4jj8) recognition per letter,
   2. after u get word, then do THUMBS UP Gesture to add word to chatbot field,
   3. then press send button to search it
