User tests

  • A small test phase of UDV is currently ongoing, in particular to test adding documents and links to the prototype.

  • Sample group: Gaëlle Le Floch (Service Gestion et Développement des Patrimoines, Direction des Affaires Culturelles - Ville de Lyon) and Xavier de la Selle (Directeur des Musées Gadagne, Directeur des musées d’histoires et de sociétés de Lyon)

  • Comments after usage:

    • The tutorial needs to be improved with more information on validation process and on document links.
    • Positioning the document in the 3D scene is not ergonomic.
    • Updating document position is not possible once it has been created while metadata information can be updated.
    • Bug address search: Closing the module after a search does not make the red pins in the 3D scene disappear (one needs to move the camera to make them go away). On google chrome, the pins don't disappear at all.
    • Adding links is not ergonomic (one needs to open the city object module first, then select the city object and then add the link)
