Debug mode arrived !

* The debug mode arrived. A section about it will come soon on the wiki.
* Add a {reason} placeholder for command of triggers
* Fix banhammer importer (the import failed when a UUID wasn't resolved)
* Fix a minor error on startup of ban module (which hadn't any consequences but was displaying in log)
