WIP: feat/1403 - SDK: NodeJS updates - v0.15.0

Relates to #1403

• Adds MASP URL to Node SDK initializer
• Attempting to set up a project using SDK NPM package, will add any needed fixes here
• Check if adding module-alias/register successfully applies the ../package.json alias needed when we publish to NPM
  • Will need to test locally, but if this works, users of the SDK should not longer need that alias
