About

This project was developed for the AMOS course at Friedrich-Alexander University in Erlangen, Germany. Students build a real application for an industry partner making use of the Scrum framework. Product Owner, Scrum Master and developer roles are undertaken by students themselves. The goal is to learn agile development, work in a team and create a valuable product.

Product Vision

Running complex projects successfully that are distributed in various locations all around the world can be very challenging. The ASEPART Group supports teams to increase the efficiency to its peak by reducing coordination overhead. Simple mechanisms enable optimal communication and offers comfortable, clean and straight forward interaction potential by an extensible plug-in system. Furthermore, keeping communication flows and sensitive data confidential is one of our highest goals in order to be reachable securely everywhere. Nearly every team deals with inefficient coordination. ASEPART guarantees a safe and secure communication for working projects on various scales including an efficient coordination.

Project Mission

Within the AMOS project, a cross-plattform app, available on Andoid and iPhone, was built by the ASEPART Group. The implemented prototype is meant to support test drivers of IAV in the field by coordinating tasks efficiently. Optimal communication is enabled by a chat system that supports taking pictures and videos in a secure way. An external administration web interface provides an efficient task management experience on the desktop PC.

Implementation
