Some hob models only report the number of available heat zones when the hob is turned on. That can lead to wrong number of zones exposed by HA when HA i (re)started while the hob is turned off. This PR tries to compensate for this flaw in the API.
If the integration finds an inconsistent number of zones a warning will be logged.
