Propose enhancements by @ProfessorGram which are aimed at newcomers to Docker. I have improved some of the contributed content.
Enhancements include educational content on Docker and a guide on how to launch Backdrop locally using Docker which oftentimes does not involve cloning the repository unless one wishes to modify the image.
It also includes references to broken images and that a broken image can be bypassed by linking the compose file to the directory in which a working Dockerfile exists.
