Description
This PR adds a default host volume for the geth data directory (see #164).
By default this data directory is located at
${project}/geth-data. However a user can modify it by changing the.envvalue to a directory of their choosing.Testing
docker compose upstill works and creates/uses the hostgeth-datadir.
