This pull request...
By moving from github to IPFS to fetch prime data we should be resolving rate limiting issues.
This PR creates a deploy process when updating prime data. After merging the updated IPFS hash can be copied from latest releases. For dev the IPFS hash can be found in the github action when opening a PR.
