Installing redcarpet tried to pull in a newer version of execjs which wanted newer ruby. This simply makes sure that execjs is installed at our needed version first.
Docker fixups
This change simply cleans up the downloaded cfengine-nova-hub.deb so that it does not end up a part of the documentation artifacts bloating and slowing things down.
