About the pull request
I made it so that the Jima flag can be toggled between a USCM flag and a pride flag by using wire cutters on the planted flag. It only changes the planted flag but not the handheld.
I had to use senorsapo flags as i do not have access to the merged flags. but the maintainers should just be able to swap planted_flag_pride.dm with servers current pride flags.
Explain why it's good for the game
Lettings players pick, what flag they want is respectful to the player base, it also circumvents the LRP issue with the flags as the JIMA flag will now be USCM colors by default. meaning any matters with the flags will now be relegated to IC matter of RP, making it less conflict with the lore.
